Visit of Indo-German Social Service Society (IGSSS) Representative to Community Centres in

Mr. Shishir Sawant from IGSSS Pune visited 4 community centres, Asha Ankur in Chakala Andheri, Jeevan Dai in Sahar Andheri, Salvation Seva Kendra in Dadar and Asha Deep in Mahim. He witnessed a street play performance by the animators and a community session on the issue of domestic violence. He appreciated the efforts and strategies used by the staff of CSA and the collaborative response from the community centres on the issue of domestic violence. He felt that consistent efforts need to be made to combat this evil in society.
